He has won this battle, he is the President with a congress so power crazed with control thet they will let him do whatever he wants. So he can joke... he hee the pig. I wanted to link this back to my concept of the "War on Intelligence" currently raging in this country, but after watching it I couldn't avoid the pure arrogance, the laid back "I'll say what I want" composure. Sure there are those that envy this man and think someone this represents a true American... sad that people think this way. Even sadder that people view us through this mans representation of us all. This isn’t stupidity (although in some sense it is) but in reality it’s arrogance.
